All sales are final. Because our products are personal-care items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at cruzmayelin343@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, please provide your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
